Maintenance Free Gates
Eco Advantage's Maintenance Free Gates can be made single or double. Maintenance Free Gates are considered to be virtually maintenance free and the premier gate product available today. Double gates can be made with an uneven split as long as neither leaf exceeds 6’ wide (i.e. on a 10’ opening the primary gate will be 4’ and the stationary gate will be 6’).
Each individual totally customized gate is hand crafted to your residential and/or commercial specifications.

- Mounting bars 1 ¼” x 1 ¼” 16 gauge tube steel
- Optional: Lock box design for lock and lever set (in place of gravity latch)
Composite Wood Warranty
Eco Advantage includes a warranty of five (5) years from the date of installation against:
- Splitting
- Cracking
- Surface Peeling
- Termite Attack
- Corrosion
- Fading (less than 2% over 5 years)
